"I have no complaints at all about the driver or journey. HOWEVER, I was less than happy to receive an email 10 hours before my flight saying I needed to pay an additional £15. When I did my search to find a taxi, CHICHESTER TAXIS came up. I thought I was getting a local company but clearly that was not the case. I chose to make the booking because the price was marginally lower than another local company I had used but adding the £15 brought the cost beyond what I should have paid. Additionally, as I was in the USA, I couldn’t call the company to ask where this additional charge came from. In future, I will go back to using the company I’ve used in the past as there are no hidden surprise charges."
